<br /> A remote participation meeting of the Lexington Board of Assessors was called to order at 9 00 a.m.on Thursday,April 2,2020 via Zoom
<br /> remote meeting services.Gregory Johnson,Chairman,Edmund C.Grant, Member,Casimir Groblewski,Member were present as well as
<br /> Robert F Lent, Director of Ass sesswng,Todd Laramie,Residential Inspector/Analyst,Scoff Bouthiette, Residential Inspector/Analyst and
<br /> Sandra Pentedemos,,Administrative Assessor.
<br /> The Chairman, Gregory Johnson stated the remote participation meeting ;s being held in accordance with Governor Baker s March 12, 2020
<br /> Executive Order suspending certa�,�tn provisions of the Open Meeting Law to allow remote participation during Massachusetts'State of
<br /> Emergency due to the outbreak of COVI D-1 g.
<br /> Mr.Johnson provided instructions to the members of the public,who were watching or listening to the meeting via the Zoom application
<br /> regarding the procedure of making a publr,,,,c comment.

<br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Board of Assessors adjourned the Executive Session at 11-.45 a.m.and returned to Open Session
<br /> of the Meeting.

<br /> The Board unanimously reviewed and voted 3-0 in favor of 17 denials and approved 3 of the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59,Section 59 Real
<br /> Estate Abatement Applicabons, (,See rst in Executive folder).
<br /> Member,Ed Grant announced he woud need to excuse himself and depart at 11 a m.
<br /> Chairman,Gregory Johnson and Member,,,Casimir Groblewski voted 2-0 in favor of 4 denials and approved 5 of the Fiscal Year 2020
<br /> Chapter 59, Real Estate Abatement Applications. (See list in Executive folder).
<br /> There were no Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59,Section 59 Personal Property Abatement Applications to discuss.
<br /> The Board unanimously voted 3-0in favor of approving and denials statuses of the Fiscal Year 2020 Chapter 59,Section 5 Various Clauses of
<br /> Statutory Exemption Applications, (See list in Executive folder).
<br /> There were no pending Appel'?We Tax Board actions to discuss. No decisions had to be made.
<br /> The Board approved Meebng Minutes of(May 28, 2019,July 23,2019 and September 5 2019).
<br /> The Board of Assessors next Meeting will be held on ApO 09,2020 at 8:45 a.m.
<br /> There being no other business a motion was duly made and seconded at 11,55 a.m to adjourn the Meeting.
