8:25 PM <br /> Reports: Bike Advisory, Community Gardens, Community Preservation Committee, Greenway <br /> Corridor Committee, Land Acquisition, Land Management, Land Steward Directors, and Tree <br /> Committee <br /> Mr. Hamilton stated that Town Meeting approved the purchase of the Highland Ave property last <br /> Monday, adding to the Upper Vine Brook Conservation area. <br /> Town Meeting also approved a bylaw to prohibit planting running bamboo and to regulate the <br /> running bamboo that is now planted. <br /> Regarding the Hartwell Innovation Park project: it was discussed during a previous special <br /> meeting that they are wanting more trees and a softer look. Proposing pocket parks and <br /> infiltration areas. The main concern is to have a more dense development that is up to modern <br /> standards.
