SPECIAL MEETING—JULY 30, 2020
MINUTES
1. ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nicholas Santosuosso at 7:30 A.M.

2. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS REPORT
A. Pine Grove-Certificate of Final Completion, 5% retainer: $23,559.00
The project was completed in June. All punch list items have been completed.
The Certificate of Final Completion is in the amount of$23,559.00, which is the
5% retainer.
Upon a motion by Weidong Wang and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board
voted to approve the Certificate of Final Completion for in the amount of$23,559.00
to L&H Construction, Inc. The roll call vote was as follows:

B. Greeley Village, FISH 155111: Change Order 1
The Change Order for the Greeley Village Ramp replacement has 3 items,
totaling $44,939.00:
1.) Including lighting along the ramp
2.) Including windows
3.) Ramp revisions to the height and length due to the elevation change being
higher than listed in the existing civil drawings.
The Board discussed having Caileen negotiate the ramp revision cost with the
architect as they should have done measurements, not relying on existing
drawings, but approve the Change Order up to $44,939.00.
Upon a motion by Richard F. Perry and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board
voted to approve change order 4 1 up to $44,939.00 to Homer Contracting
Inc. for the Greeley Village Ramp Project. The roll call vote was as follows:
