MINUTES Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of May 12, 2020 Upon motion by Weidong Wang and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board voted to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 12, 2020, all members having received copies. Perry Weidong Wang Melinda Walker Mark McCullough 5. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT A. Financials The May Financials have been tabled to the next Board Meeting. Upon motion by Weidong Wang and seconded by Melinda Walker, the Board voted to table the May 2020 Financials to the next Board Meeting. Low Bid Approval-FISH# 155111, Greeley Village Community Building Porch and Ramp Replacement-Homer Construction-$183,000.00 The low bid received is Homer Construction in the amount of$183,000.00. We have used Homer Construction in the past for the Federal interior door project and the Countryside Village bathroom project and the work was satisfactory. Upon motion by Richard F. Perry and seconded by Weidong Wang, the Board voted to accept the low bid of$183,000.00 from Homer Construction for the Greeley Village Community Building Porch and Ramp Replacement. Change Order Approval-FISH4155114-Vynebrooke Village Exterior Lights- $14,040.00 Change Order 41 in the amount of$14,040.00 is for additional handholes and wire extensions as well as the replacement of existing wiring. 2 Upon motion by Melinda Walker and seconded by Weidong Wang, the Board voted to approve Change Order 41 from Cullen Electric in the amount of$14,040.00 for FISH# 155114 Vynebrooke Village Exterior Light Project. CPA Application Update-Town Meeting Approval We had applied for $130,000.00 from CPA for the Greeley Village Community Porch and Ramp Replacement. This was included in the Consensus Agenda approved at Town Meeting. The remainder of funding for this project will come from DHCD Formula Funding. E. COVID-19 Update Residents and staff continue to be well. We have no knowledge of positive cases. Office staff plans to resume regular hours on 6/15/20. We will not be opening the office to the public yet. We have plenty of cleaning and disinfecting products as well as masks for staff. All but one young disabled resident has been practicing social distancing. The police are now involved. Lexington Human Services sent residents of Lexington a notice regarding applying for financial assistance due to COVID 19. Caileen will see if the application can be translated into Chinese. 6.
