The use of all other gas-or electric-powered lawn care equipment is restricted to the <br /> following hours of operation: <br /> All year <br /> Mondays— Fridays 7 am to 6 pm Commercial Lawn Care Companies <br /> Mondays— Fridays 7 am to 8 pm Residents only <br /> Saturdays—9 am to 5 pm <br /> Sundays and Legal Holidays 9 am to 5 pm, residents only <br /> Noise limits for all lawn equipment shall be no more than 78 dbA at 50 feet, as certified by the <br /> manufacturer. <br /> Exception for DPW: DPW hours of operation exclusion during these two periods is 7 am to 7 pm <br /> for March 15 to April 30 and 7 am to 5 pm October 1 to December 1 and is restricted to only <br /> town land. <br />
