Within the 100 foot buffer zone, the applicant is proposing to remove an above-
ground swimming pool and restore the existing lawn. Debris and materials from an existing
garden area within the 25 foot buffer zone will be removed by hand. The trees proposed to be
removed outside of the buffer zone will comply with the town tree bylaw.
Concerns of the Commission:
- The proposed erosion control does not have to exactly follow the 25 foot buffer zone, it
can be installed straight across the property as long as it protects the 25 foot buffer zone.
- Removal of bittersweet abutting the property was encouraged. The owner would need to
get approval from the Recreation Department.
On a motion by Mr. Beuttell and seconded by Ms. Dohan, the Commission voted 5-0 to close the
hearing.
7:51pm
Continued Public Meetings/Hearings
ViewPoint Cloud Permit 4CNOI-20-1 DEP 201-1171
Notice of Intent, 45 Fouler Avenue
