Staff projections indicate that some additional funding <br /> beyond the fee revenue will be necessary,which will be appropriated from the General Fund. <br /> One member of this committee has expressed concern that the nationally declining trend of traditional bur- <br /> ials in favor of cremation could lead to decreased fee revenues before the debt is fully paid off This would <br /> require General Fund appropriations larger than the original projections to cover the debt service in later <br /> years. <br /> The Committee recommends approval by a vote of(8-0). <br /> 38 <br />
