APPROPRIATION COMMITTEE-2.020 ATM 25 March 2020 Article 9 Establish and Continue Departmental Revolving Funds Funds Requested Funding Source Committee Recommendation See below RF Approve (8-0) This article seeks reauthorization of all existing revolving funds,plus the creation of a new revolving fund for Lab Animal Permits in FY2021, as shown in the table below. Information regarding the nature and purpose of revolving funds can be found in Appendix C of this report. The spending limit proposed for each of the funds is based on a reasonable estimate of the fees and charges likely to be received, as well as of the expenditures likely to be required. A summary of the historical receipts,expenditures,and balances for each fund during FY2019 and the first half of FY2020 can be found in Appendix C of the Brown Book.
