Seetha also shared with Cristina <br /> Burwell and Steve the ads to hang in high foot-traffic locations <br /> • Recruiting (Treasurer, Secretary)—Amy Kaser and Rebecca McGowan have resigned <br /> from the committee this year. Lynne Klemmer and Jessie Steigerwald have chosen not to <br /> renew their membership <br /> • ArtWalk funding—Steve will reach out to Cristina to see if there is a request for support, <br /> and if so what it is. <br /> • Strategic Plan update for next year—Seetha and Steve will work on this together. <br /> • OLD BUSINESS <br /> • Community Survey—Completed and submitted to Town Manager in December 2018-19 <br /> • Grants for 2019-20—Plan for December meeting with a small committee expected. <br /> Quorum rules have been discussed with Jill Hai. <br /> • Breakthrough Artist application update—Seetha will gauge if this should go on after <br /> December meeting or during. <br /> • REPORTS (10 minutes) <br /> • Secretary's Report(Seetha Ramnath) <br /> • Approval of previous meeting's minutes—Seetha will prepare June 2019 minutes <br /> for review.Also until another Secretary is recruited, she will continue to take <br /> minutes. <br /> • Treasurer's Report(Amy Kaser) <br /> • Update on State& Local budgets—Amy sent monies to be listed as$2883 local <br /> budget and state budget update will require information from the Town <br /> accounting department <br /> • Reimbursements update-2 more reimbursements received that Steve and <br /> Seetha have signed and submitted to Town. <br /> • Communications Report <br /> • Website: www.lexartscouncil.arg <br /> • LexArts update—awaiting committee candidates <br /> 4. 2018-19 PLANNING (All Members) <br /> 5..
