Minutes of the Lexinqton Zoninq Board of Appeals <br /> Cotton Meeting Room, Cary Hall <br /> October 10, 2019 <br /> Board Members: Chair— Ralph D. Clifford, Jeanne K. Krieger, and Norman P. Cohen <br /> Associate Members: James Osten, Edward McCarthy, William Kennedy, Nyles Barnert, and <br /> Hank Manz <br /> Administrative Staff: Jennifer Gingras, Zoning Administrator and Sharon Coffey, <br /> Administrative Clerk <br /> A training for the Board Members and Associate Members on the new application system was <br /> held. <br /> Other Business: <br /> 1) Board reorganization, elect Chair, Vice Chair, and Board Clerk-- to be effective October <br /> 10, 2019. <br /> Chair Ralph D. Clifford nominated Ralph D. Clifford as the Chairman, Jeanne K. Krieger as Vice <br /> Chair, and David G. Williams as Clerk <br /> On a motion made by Jeanne K. Krieger and seconded by Norman P. Cohen, the Board <br /> inducted Ralph D. Clifford as the Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals with Jeanne K. <br /> Krieger as Vice Chair, and David G. Williams as Clerk. <br /> 2) Review of ZBA 2020 Year Calendar <br /> Zoning Administrator, Ms. Gingras confirmed that the prepared 2020 calendar had been <br /> reviewed and had taken into consideration all holidays of all faiths. <br /> 3) CPTC 2019 Workshops <br /> Ms. Gingras advertised to the Board several workshops they can opt to attend. <br /> 4) Minutes of Meeting from September 26, 2019 Hearing <br /> On a motion by Jeanne K. Krieger and seconded by Norman P. Cohen, the Board voted 3-0 in <br /> favor of approving the meeting minutes from the September 26, 2019 hearing. <br /> On a motion made and seconded, the Board voted to adjourn. <br />
