Shiu <br /> Quorum: A quorum of members was present. <br /> Others Present: Florence DelSanto, Executive Director, LexMedia; Mark Sandeen, <br /> Selectman <br /> Materials Referenced: (Draft) Minutes of the meeting of May 16, 2019; (Draft) RCN <br /> Renewal License; chart showing changes included in the RCN Renewal License. <br /> 1. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes. <br /> The minutes of the meeting of May 16, 2019 were unanimously approved with <br /> corrections. <br /> 2. Carrier Reports <br /> There were no service provider representatives present, and no carrier reports were <br /> submitted. <br /> 3. Selectman's Report <br /> Selectman Sandeen had no news to report but there was discussion about the need for <br /> providers to clean up their wires; this may prove difficult to get agreement on. The <br /> question was raised, can we get them to do this based on safety hazard? We will wait <br /> until September to further discuss this issue. <br /> 4. Chairman's Report <br /> a. Committee member reappointments <br /> Ken mentioned that Dave Buckowski and Rita Vachani have terms ending in <br /> September and should let him know whether or not they wish to be reappointed. <br /> Ken's term also ends in September. <br />
