estate, franchises and privileges bel onginp to the Lexington Water
Compa_r�y in accordaaice wi th the terms of the contract with the town
heretofore Pj}proved the sale to be borrowed by the issue of bonds in
the aggregate princ ipal sum of two hundre d thousand do llprs ( $2001 000. )
of the denomination of one thousand dollars each be-ari:7�cr interyst at
the rate of four. per cent per annum, payable seni-annually at the
office of the town treasurer or at any bank in Taos ton that the board

and shall be signed by the town treasurer and countersigned by the,
