N. Davenport , Secretary, <br /> under date of Feb. 14 , 1903) of a vote passed by the Board admit- <br /> ting the town_ of Lexington into the Iletropolitan Water District. <br /> (This vote acknowledges payment of the $27 ,250, and the execution_ <br /> of the required agreement , i. e. the agreement above mentioned) . <br /> (3) Certified copy of votes ( sign_ed by W. N. Davenport , <br /> Seey. , under date of Feb. 16, 1903) authorizing the execution and <br /> delivery to the town_ of Lexington_ of a release of all the interest <br /> of the Commonwealth and the Board in all that portion_ of the 10- <br /> inch main water pipe laid in Massachusetts Avenue which extends <br /> in the town of Lexington_ from a point 30 feet distant westerly <br /> from the Lexington-Arlington town_ line. <br /> (4) Original of the release referred to , the sane being <br /> dated and acknowledged Jar_. 13, 1903. This release had, I think, <br />
