` The New England Telephone and Telegraph Company
of Massachusetts, respectfully petitions the Board of Selectmen
of the town of__.____-Le_xingt_on-----I4ia ssaclius_e.tt_s.,............for a location for
its poles and wires thereon, in the following named streets and highways of
said town, locations to be as shown on the atkxkxdmap or plan, to be filed.
Said company agrees to reserve space at the top of all the above poles
for telephone, fire alarm and police signal wires used for municipal purposes.
Said poles to be erected under the supervision of such officers as said
town may designate.
Following are the streets and highways above referred to:
Merriam street, between Main and Stetson streets .
