Minutes of the Meeting on April 24, 2019

It was reported that the balances on over two funds were:
Richard and Jeanne Kirk Fund

Miles briefed the committee on Parterre's plan for a comp day of pruning to help train Parterre's new
hires. Additionally, he told the committee that Gabe would be back working every other Tuesday along
with the crew from Barnard Landscaping.
David updated the committee on the progress that Belco is making with the installation of the Granite
Forest.
David reported that he had talked to Carolyn Kosnoff, Finance Director/Controller who indicated that
pay by phone is in her long-range planning.
