Krieger and seconded by Nyles Barnert, the Board voted 4-0 in favor <br /> of approving the meeting minutes from the July 25, 2019 hearing. Chair, Ralph D. Clifford, <br /> abstained from voting. <br /> On a motion made and seconded, the Board voted to adjourn. <br />
