Barnert <br /> Alternate Sitting: Hank Manz <br /> Administrative Staff: Jennifer Gingras, Zoning Administrator and Sharon Coffey, <br /> Administrative Clerk <br /> Address: 31 Brandon Street <br /> The petitioner is requesting a SPECIAL PERMIT, in accordance with the Zoning By-Law <br /> (Chapter 135 of the Code of Lexington) sections 135-9.4 and 135-8.4.2 to allow modification to <br /> a non-conforming structure. <br /> The petitioner submitted the following information with the application: Nature and justification, <br /> plot plan, floor plans, elevations and photographs. Also received was a petition in support. <br /> Prior to the meeting, the petitions and supporting data were reviewed by the Building <br /> Commissioner, Conservation Administrator, Town Engineer, Board of Selectmen, the Planning <br /> Director, the Historic District Commission Clerk, Historical Commission, Economic <br /> Development, and the Zoning Administrator. Comments were received from the Zoning <br /> Administrator. <br /> Presenter: David Rezvani <br /> The hearing opened at 7:31 PM <br /> Mr. Rezvani stated his family has been living at 31 Brandon Street for 12 years. He is <br /> requesting a Special Permit to have a few additional feet to build a covered entry way in addition <br /> to an outside porch and stairway. This would allow a small mudroom to be built and is <br /> consistent with the neighborhood. The setback would be less of an intrusion than the majority of <br /> the houses on the street. <br /> There were no questions or comments from the audience. <br /> There were no questions or comments from the Board. <br /> On a motion made and seconded, the Board voted to close the hearing at 7:34 PM. <br /> On a motion by Norman P. Cohen and seconded by Nyles N. Barnert, the Board voted 5-0, to <br /> grant a SPECIAL PERMIT, in accordance with the Zoning By-Law (Chapter 135 of the Code of <br /> Lexington) sections 135-9.4 and 135-8.4.2 to allow modification to a non-conforming structure. <br />
