The Engineering Department <br /> has not submitted a response yet to the most recently revised plans. <br /> Mr. Lee stated that there may be some adjustments in terms of the plant locations depending <br /> on the environmental factors. FENO markers are proposed along the 25 foot buffer zone. <br />
