Attending: David Williams, Lynne Wilson, Brian Kelley, Christina Burwell,
Robert Pressman, Wesley Writh, and Joanne Shonter.
Discussion centered on the signs proposed to explain to the public what the Granite
forest is, how money is needed to complete it etc.
It was brought up that our brochure is out of date and should be upgraded.
A brief discussion on fundraising we had. Topics to be considered are:
• Marketing
• Special event (s)
• Direct appeal
• Personal contacts
A brief discussion on future publicity. Ideas included:
• The Minuteman
• Colonial Time
• Art Magazines
• Boston Globe
• MY Times
