Town Manager <br /> Marilyn Fenollosa Mark Sandeen, Board of Selectmen <br /> Camille Goodwin Ginna Johnson, Planning Board <br /> Christian Senna Molly Belanger, Planning Department <br /> Ruixi Yuan Bob Pressman, Resident <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:24 p.m. <br /> 1. Carol Kowalski notified members that Julie Mercier resigned from her planning director <br /> position as of 5/24/2019 <br /> 2. Lexington Public Facilities --- Existing conditions (Mike Cronin, Facility Director). <br /> a. Building buildings only, not maintenance <br /> b. No more than 5 years <br /> c. School department land and town land are scheduled differently <br /> d. DPW is separate from DPF (Department of Public Facility), two sets of lawn <br /> mowers. <br /> What kind of guidelines can CPAC provide towards the public facility? <br /> - Example: Do we need a community center kitchen? <br /> - How does transportation affect the public facility? <br /> - What about new buildings. <br /> Some potential new facilities feedback from the community. <br /> - Covered pool <br /> - Crematory. <br /> Historical buildings: The Stone Building (former East Lexington Library), the 2nd floor <br /> has a deed restriction (for public speaking only) <br /> LHS science labs space are only 50% of the state requirements. <br /> Hasting cost$65M, with State provide $15M <br /> 1 <br />
