The charts should reflect the Department’s <br />chain of command and the lines of authority and communication within the agency. <br /> <br />Chart A is the primary illustration of the Department’s chain of command and illustrates <br />functional responsibilities of various components in the Department. <br /> <br />Chart B depicts positions and names. <br /> <br />
