COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> February 26, 2019 <br /> The meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), held in the Parker Room, <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Ave, was called to order at 7:24pm,by Co-Chair Ruixi Yuan. CPAC <br /> members in attendance: Matthew Daggett, Sarah Felton, Leonard Morse-Fortier, Pat Sullivan, <br /> Hema Bhatt, Marilyn Fenollosa, Stacey Beuttell, Chris Senna, Carol Sue Hai and Ruixi Yuan. <br /> The CPAC meeting was also attended by Town Staff Carol Kowalski and Molly Belanger, HSH <br /> consultant Jeff Dietrich, Selectman Joe Pato, and Planning Board members Richard Canale and <br /> Ginna Johnson. <br /> *****COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE PRESENTATION***** <br /> The CPAC reviewed the schedule of working group presentations and confirmed the assignments <br /> for each group. <br /> • March 7 - Demographics (Estabrook Hall, 7pm) <br /> • March 21 —Residential and Housing—Matt Daggett will be presenting along with Liz <br /> Rust and Chris Kluchman(Hadley Building, 7pm) <br /> • April 4 - Transportation -Pat Sullivan, Stacey Beuttell, and Susan Barrett(town <br /> transportation coordinator) <br /> • April 23 —Economic Development- Town Economic Development staff will be <br /> presenting <br /> *************COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WEBSITE, PLAN NAME************** <br /> The proposed name of the Comprehensive Plan is "Lexington Next." <br /> The formal launch of the website will occur in the next several weeks. <br /> **************************WORKING GROUPS <br /> Historic Resources Working Group—Carol K. will schedule working group meetings to confirm <br /> scope of trends CPAC wants to explore and feedback CPAC wants to elicit from public. <br /> Natural Resources/Open Space Working Group—Ray and Stacey;planning staff will reach out to <br /> other Lexington stakeholders that may want to engage on this issue and will schedule a meeting <br /> for the working group. <br />
