Mr. Fred Russell and Mr. Yi presented before the Commission. Mr. Russell stated that a few changes were made during the construction process. The proposed walkway was removed and replaced. Mr. Russell stated that a berm was added because the slope of the land was a concern. The Commission determined that since the total square footage of areas changed during the construction process was relatively minimasmall enough that no impact to the storm water management system was expectedl, that the filing did not have to go before the Commission as an amendment to the Order of Conditions. On a motion by Mr. Langseth and seconded by Mr. Bitsko, the Commission approved an insignificant plan change. On a motion by Ms. Dohan and seconded by Mr. Langseth, the Commission issued the certificate of compliance.
