Ɏ <br /> <br />Lexington Housing Partnership Board <br /> <br />#5: LexHAB. Mr. Pressman provided the Board with an update on LexHAB activities. <br />With the help of students from Minuteman Tech, work continues on the Wright Farm <br />house. The remediation work continues to present challenges, as two sources of <br />LexHAB, is investigating the possibility of working with a firm based in Massachusetts to <br />propose usi <br /> <br />#6: Lexington Human Rights Committee Fair Housing Training. Ms. Foutter reported <br />that she is still waiting to hear from the committee about their plans re: fair housing <br />training. <br /> <br />#7: New Business. Mr. Morse-Fortier was asked to report on the progress of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC). He <br />event co-sponsored by the Planning Board and CPAC. The three presenters were Liz <br />Rust (RHSO), Chris Kluchman, Housing Choice Program Director and Matt Daggett <br />(TMM). Mr. Fortier discussed some of the housing proposals which may become part of <br />the new Comprehensive Plan, including incentives for building more accessible units and <br />support for homeowners to sell their properties on the open market rather than to builders <br />as tear-downs. <br /> <br />#8. Action Items. Members should contact their state representatives and senators about <br /> <br /> <br />#9: Set Next Meeting Date. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, May 21, 2019. <br /> <br />#10.
