<br />MINUTES <br /> <br />FUND FOR LEXINGTON BOARD <br /> <br />April 29, 2014 <br />4:30 p.m., Selectmen’s Office <br /> <br />Present: Norman Cohen, Deborah Mauger, Alan Fields, Edmund Grant, Alan Wrigley; Emily <br />Lavine, Assistant Director of Family and Human Services, Human Services Department. <br /> <br />1. Money Available as of 3/31/14 Income $62,123 <br /> Principal $125,853 <br /> <br /> <br />2. Human Services: <br />a. Human Services Report: January 29, 2014 to April 29, 2014. <br />Emily Lavine reported that with the exception of requests for payment of a few utility <br />bills, this was a slower than expected period. LexHAB’s emergency fund did provide <br />$2,200 for a Lexington homeless family. <br />b. Ratify Poll Vote - Human Services Request for $2,980 to replace a boiler – Ratified <br />5-0. <br /> <br />3. Other Issues: <br />a. The Trustees of Public Trusts request for $6,150 for the Center flower barrels was <br />approved 5-0. <br /> <br />4. Next Meeting <br /> The next meeting will be on September 16, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. <br /> <br />5. Approval of the January 28, 2014 minutes - Approved 5-0. <br /> <br />
