Owner/Applicant: DEBCO Properties, David Burns <br /> Project: New Single Family Home <br /> Mr. Bitsko recused himself from the hearing. <br /> Mr. Hamilton explained that this project has been continued many times without any new <br /> evidence being provided. The original NOI was filed in February 2016. The applicant has <br /> expressed interest in possibly donating the land to the Conservation Commission. <br /> Ms. Mullins explained that the Wetlands Protection Act states that if an application is not acted <br /> upon within two years, it can be considered expired. The commission stated that if the applicant <br /> does not provide any evidence that proves the application is not expired within 60 days, they will <br /> consider the application expired. <br /> Motion to treat application as expired if no information is received within 60 days made by Mr. <br /> Wolk and seconded by Ms. Ladd. Vote: 5-0 in favor. <br />
