This will be taken up at the next meeting. <br /> 6:40pm <br /> Schedule Site Visits for the 7/9/2018 Meeting <br /> Site visits were scheduled for Saturday 6/30/18 at 9am. <br /> 6:44pm <br /> Planning Board Project Comments <br /> Ms. Dohan reported that 114 Wood Street is up for a sketch plan in front of the Planning Board. <br /> The commission has been interested in a creating trail connection through this property in the <br /> past. <br /> Ms. Mullins reported that the Belmont Country Club property is going in front of the planning <br /> board. They are proposing to keep all work outside of the 100 ft. bufferzone. She recommended <br /> to the planning board that they require a Conservation Restriction on the wooded area in the front <br /> of the property. <br /> 6:50pm <br /> Bufferzone Regulation discussion <br /> The Commission discussed the next steps for this regulation. They are interested in looking at the <br /> regulations for infiltration and restoration. <br /> 7:00 pm <br /> NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> DET 18-14 <br /> RDA, 3 Forbes Road <br /> Owner/applicant: Robert Schlager, 3 Forbes Road DE, LLC <br /> Project: Parking lot resurfacing <br /> Rob Gemma- Metrowest Engineering <br /> Mr. Gemma explained that Bullfinch Properties, the owner of 3 Forbes Road, wants to resurface <br /> the parking lot. Much of the lot is within the 100ft. buffer with some of the parking lot right on <br /> the edge of wetlands. The property is also within the 200 ft. Riverfront area to Hobbs Brook. <br /> Erosion control is proposed and they are going to place large boulders along the edge of the <br /> parking lot near the wetlands to prevent snow plows from pushing snow into the wetlands. Mr. <br /> Gemma also stated that the owner is amendable to having a conditions regarding documentation <br /> of the implementation of the O and M plan. <br /> Questions and comments from the Commission: <br />
