Brief overview of Sustainable Lexington, by Mark Sandeen: Mr. Sandeen presented a
proposal for collaboration between Historic Districts Commission and Sustainable Lexington on
a document that would provide guidelines for retrofitting that can achieve both Historic Districts
Commission objectives while allowing achievement of the Town's zero emissions goals.

Vote on release of Distribution Draft of new Guidelines: On a motion duly made and
seconded, the distribution of the proposed draft guidelines was approved unanimously by the full
time commissioners.
Meeting minute's approval: On a motion duly made and seconded, meeting minutes for
November 1, December 6, and January 3, 2018 were approved unanimously as written.
