Hearing 6/19/86 <br /> <br />Interchange Bedford St./Route 128, Lexington Department of Public Works/Engr. <br />Variances from side and rear yard setbacks to replace North Lexington Pump Station <br />were granted. Hearing 3/21/91 <br /> <br />7 Bedford St., Julie Schauman. A three-year special permit for the continued <br />use of a home office 15 hours a week was granted. (Expires 6/22/94) Hearing <br />5/16/91 <br /> <br />7 Bedford St., Julie Schauman. A two-year special permit for a psychotherapy <br />office in a residence was granted. (expires 6/22/91) Hearing 6/22/89 <br /> <br />7 Bedford St., Julie Schauman. A special permit for a home office was renewed <br />for five years. (Expires 6/22/99) Hearing 7/14/94 <br /> <br />39 Bedford St., Bank of Boston. A request to modify a special permit to convert <br />one auto service bay to a 24-hour ATM was denied. The Board determined that the proposed addition <br />of an automatic teller machine at a gasoline service station is not a minor revision <br />to the special permit and a public hearing is required.
