Mr. Bibbo stated that the house as built is 7,000 sq. feet. The additional amount of impervious surface area is 530 sq. feet than originally approved due to construction of a patio. Part of the house will now be directed to a perforated pipe in regards to drainage. During construction additional excavation was completed into the buffer zone which is going to be restored to its original state.
