Project Updates/ Member Concerns- Ms. Fenollosa noted that at that evening's precinct <br /> meetings Town Meeting candidates would be asked for their positions on the proposed <br /> reduction of the CPA percentage from 3%to 1% and asked Committee members who attend to <br /> advocate for the CPA and to correct any misinformation if needed. Mr. Hornig stated that the <br /> Planning Board unanimously supported all the Committee's recommendations and opposed the <br /> reduction. Ms. Rhodes stated that the Recreation Committee voted to oppose Article 4 and that <br /> an official document would be sent to the CPC. <br /> Minutes- Mr. Pressman suggested amending the minutes from 1-17-19 to add the words <br /> undesignated and unbudgeted before fund balance on page three paragraph two. It was also <br /> suggested to change the wording of the last paragraph on page four to say "to reject the CPA <br /> surcharge reduction" replacing "to decrease the CPA surcharge". The Committee supported <br /> both changes. After a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted in a roll call vote (9-0) to <br /> approve the meeting minutes from the CPC meetings on 1-10-19, 1-10-19 Executive Session, <br /> and 1-17-19 as amended but not to release the Executive Session minutes until authorized to <br /> do so. <br /> After a motion duly made and seconded, the meeting was adjourned at 5:22 PM. <br /> The following documents were used at the meeting: <br /> 1) Minutes from 1-10-19, 1-10-19 ES, 1-17-19 <br /> 2) 3r1 Draft of the Report to the 2019 Annual Town Meeting <br /> 3) Project description of Article 14 (f) Inter Municipal Agreement with <br /> Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical School District <br /> Page 1 of the Report to the 2019 Annual Town Meeting <br /> 5) Revised LexHAB Guidelines approved 1-17-19 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Gina Federico <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> 2 <br />
