Minutes of the Meeting on October 30, 2018

The Board voted to request that staff from Barnard Landscaping and Parterre work an additional day to
thin out the area between the Boardwalk and the Hayden field.
The Board voted to raise cash from the following funds to fund, in part,the Granite Forest Project.
Kintz Fund -$40,000.00
Lee Fund -$20,000.00
Belco has agreed to do all of the hardscape for the project and asked to not be involved in the planting
aspect.
Wesley will ask a representative of Belco to meet at the site to answer any questions and explain how
they will secure the site for safety concerns.
David will look into having a vinyl sign created to alert the public as to what is happening at the site and
funding naming options. He gave as an example funding one of the granite benches.
