Minutes of the Meeting on January 3, 2019

Also attending: Wesley Wirth, Miles Connors, Christine Burwell, Lisa O'Brien
The chairman noted that the town has officially awarded the Granite Forest contract to Belco.
Wesley will revise the plan now that we have 5 additional granite pieces.
The committee discussed whether to apply for a grant from The Community Endowment of
Lexington. David Williams will pursue this option.
- The committee discussed the request from the Recreation Committee to assign term limits to
the members.
The chairman noted that the next meeting could be at the site once Belco starts.
