Minutes for the Meeting of February 5, 2019 Page 2 <br /> **********WORKING GROUPS <br /> The next set of working groups will be staffed by the following CPAC members: <br /> Public Facilities—Sarah, Marilyn <br /> Historic—Pat, Marilyn <br /> Open Space/Natural Resources—Ray, Stacey <br /> Working group deliverables—compiling existing trends and conditions. <br /> Carol will follow up with each working group to help with preparing each group's presentation <br /> and to schedule addition working group meetings. <br /> Jeff and the planning staff will lead the presentations but the CPAC members will contribute to <br /> the presentations. <br /> CPAC discussed best practices for listening and offering feedback at public presentations. <br /> """"""PREPARATION FOR PLANNING BOARD WORKSHOP*********** <br /> Planning Board and CPAC Workshop is scheduled for February 12 7:30pm DPW. <br /> Attendees will be broken into three groups to discuss the topics of economic development, <br /> housing, and transportation; each breakout session will be allotted 30 minutes. CPAC members <br /> and Planning Board members will be facilitating each of the groups; facilitators will take notes <br /> and share them with planning Ginna Johnson. <br /> Expected audience for the meeting could be between 20-50 people. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES************************ <br /> The Minutes from the January 8 CPAC meeting were approved unanimously. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNED************************* <br /> ACTION: on a motion duly made and seconded the Committee voted to adjourn at 8:58pm.
