Present were Mesdames Berchtold <br /> and Swanson and Messrs. Rotberg, and Wadsworth. Also present were <br /> Mr. Maclnnes. Dr. Monderer, Dr. Fobert and Mrs. Cummings <br /> Mrs. Patricia Swanson assumed the duties of Chairman of the school <br /> committee for 1975-76. Appreciation was expressed to Mrs. Jane Berchtold <br /> for her time and effort as Chairman during 1974-75. <br /> NEW CHAIRMAN <br /> OF THE LSC <br /> Mrs. Ruth Barton made comments regarding fund raising programs, <br /> field trips and excursions for students. PUBLIC <br /> PARTICIPATION <br /> The minutes of 4/22/75 were discussed and it was <br /> VOTED: To accept these minutes as amended. FINANCIAL <br /> STATEMENT <br /> Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, it was <br /> VOTED: To accept the Schedule of Payments as presented. SCHEDULE OF <br /> (Brown, Wadsworth, Unanimous) (see next page) PAYMENTS <br /> Mr. Rotberg announced that the Guidance Report will be presented GUIDANCE <br /> to the school committee on Thursday, May 8, 1975 and may be discussed REPORT <br /> at the May 19, 1975 meeting. <br /> Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, it was <br /> VOTED: To accept Personnel Changes (certificated) as presented.
