<br /> Ihat the Town appropriate the arnount of sixty-three rail.. That $2,500,000 be appropriated for design,engineering and

<br /> children for at least 50 years,and for which the Town may be or expended pursuant to this vote unless the Town shall have
<br /> eligible for a grant from the Massachusetts School Building voted to exclude the amounts needed to repay any borrowing
<br /> Authority("MSBA"), said amount to be expended under the pursuant to this vote from the limitations on the property tax
