lie Chairman announced that he had recsivsd an application from the ouners of
he premises at 19 huz;ey Street for a Certificate of Appropriateness for erection
of a nenu building on ths premises. Xr. Dean NiL'holsong Attorney for Ex. Goldberg
and Hr. Sheldon owners of the property at 19 '1�zzey Street, appeared before `his
Commission with it. C. harry Ericksong Architect, to present preliminary ...:swings
for the proposed nev building at that location. The Commission n held an informal
discussion with them can these plans and made various suggestions for changes there-
in. A hearing on the application 1,2v scheaule6 for Wednesday, januarY 7, 1970.
