Keith will see if he can come on a different Thursday as Thursday seems to be best for the GCC members. • QR codes - They will say Trail Map and will go onto the ACROSS logo signs (as opposed to the blue arrow trail markers). Susan and Keith have worked on a PIR for the next brochure printing, but funds are also needed for stickers and other expenses. GCC needs a budget line. We also need more brochure holders. Current Business: • Accessibility Task Group - Keith, Susan, and Mal met with Michael Martignetti and Victoria Buckley from the Commission on Disability, along with Karen Mullins, Jordan McCarron, and Carol Kowalski. Projects discussed were Willards Woods, Cotton Farm, Parker Meadow, and the Community Connector trail between the high school and the community center. The Con- servation Department has put in a request for Land Management Planning funds to the CPC. The Parker Meadow ADA project has $35,000 from CPA, but is on hold until more funding is found for the wetland survey and engineering study. The Environmental Bond Bill could pro- vide funds for the Community Connector, but will the project will need staff. Karen and Jor- dan will work on a budget. To get Bond Bill funds partners and/or matching funds will be needed. It will be important to keep this project rolling and also to hopefully include Recrea- tion. • Brief discussion of Keith's trail spreadsheet and future work. The Hayden Woods boardwalk should be completed next summer.
