62 <br />Lexington September 26th 1818. <br />At a Meeting -of the Selectmen they then granted the <br />following Orders. Viz, <br />No 1) An order to pay Doctor.J. Newell of Stow <br />Four Dollars 80/100 Viz For Doctoring -Prince Chester. <br />in his last sickness <br />Cts <br />80 <br />No 2) An order to pay Mrs Sally B1ackington <br />Thirty two Dollars 50/100 Viz For boarding her. <br />- Father Jeremy Harrington Thirtynine weeks Viz front <br />July 1st 1817 to April 1st 1818 at 5/ pr Wk <br />32 50 <br />No 3) Lexington December 28th 18/8 <br />The Sele ctraen then granted an order to pay - <br />Miss Ann P Meriam Thirty. Eight Dollars 85/100 <br />For teaching the 'West District School in the summer <br />-of 1818 Fourteen weeks at flow Dollars 772/100 pr Wk <br />38 85 <br />No 4) Lexington January 11th 1819 <br />The Selectmen then granted an Order to pay <br />Mr Moses Harrington One Hundred Dolls Viz <br />It being part of the sumof One hundred and fifty <br />Dollars which was awarded to him for the damage of <br />a Road being laid open through his land leading <br />from the Middlsex Turnpike to Woburn line; by the <br />sd Selectmen <br />100 00 <br />•No 5) An order to pay Mr Cyrus Smith One Dollar <br />75/100 Tiz For making Cartriges and finding <br />paper for the same for the Company of Militia to use at <br />their last annual Muster <br />At a meeting of the Selectmen February 8th 1819 <br />The following orders were passed Viz. <br />No 6) <br />To pay Mr Isaac Reed Sixtysix Cents for Making• <br />1 pr of shirts for Billy Blodgett in 1817 <br />75 <br />63 <br />-Cts <br />66 <br />No 7) An order to pay .Majr Benj. 0. Wellington <br />Ten Dollars Viz For his services as an Assessor <br />for the year /818, <br />1.0 00 <br />No 8) An order pay Mr Jonathan Harrington <br />- Eighteen Dollars Viz for his services as an <br />Assessor for the year 1818 . <br />18 00 <br />
