Voted to meet at the Town Hall the last Monday Eve, in <br />_each month. <br />Apr 27th. 1863 <br />Selectmen met at the Town Hall full board present <br />Recd. petition of Charles Harrington and others <br />Approved bond of Hiram Weeks Approved several bills <br />and drew orders for the same. Voted to meet on pet- <br />ition of said Harrington Wednesday Apr 29 <br />3 <br />.pr • 29th. 1863 <br />Selectmen met agreeable to appointment to <br />examine Road as per petition of Charles -Harrington <br />and others also road or Cartpath leading from the <br />main St, from Lexington of Bedford near the house <br />of carnes Pierce <br />May 15th. 1863 <br />Selectmen. met and Settled with P. B. Smith <br />Liquor Agent and found his receipts and expenditures <br />as follows <br />Received from Sales -- $96.12 <br />Town order 39.95 136.07 <br />Paid for liquor <br />Expenses of Agency <br />$66.07 <br />70.00 136.07 <br />Also settled with Bennett & Saville Superintend- <br />entsof Town Scales_ and found their receipts as <br />follows - - <br />Recd. for weighing from May 8th 62 to Apr lst.63 <br />$89.45 <br />Agreeable to contract one half of which was .paid into <br />the Town-Treasu.ver- namely 04.72 . <br />ay 25th. 1863 <br />Selectmen met at Town Hall full board present <br />Drew Wim.. Brigam and Webster Smith jurors to attend <br />the Superior Court t o --beholden at Concordr5une 2nd. <br />-1863 <br />Approved bond of Charles Nunn Treasurer & Collector <br />Samuel Chandler <br />Appointed Joseph P.
