Wood nominated Ralph D. Clifford as the Chairman, Jeanne K. Krieger as <br /> Vice Chair, and Martha C. Wood as Clerk <br /> On a motion made by Norm P. Cohen and seconded by David G. Williams, the Board inducted <br /> Ralph D. Clifford as the new Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals with Jeanne K. Krieger <br /> taking the place as Vice Chair, and Martha C.
