There were no questions or comments from the audience. There were no further questions or comments from the Board. On a Motion made and seconded, the Board voted to close the hearing at 7:21 pm. On a Motion by Ralph D. Clifford, and seconded by Jeanne K. Krieger, the Board voted 5-0 to allow a SPECIAL PERMIT in accordance with the Zoning By-Law (Chapter 135 of the Code of Lexington) sections 135-9.4 and 135-4.3.4 to allow a 3 ft side yard setback instead of a 15 ft side yard setback for a 25 ft utility pole.
