(5 Likewise at ye same time Joseph Fassett requested <br />ye-Select men that he might ye sane way which <br />nathaniell Dantlin requested begining at John Law- <br />rance fence betwixt Duntlin and sd Lawrence running <br />towards wobourn Line and being northerly of sd Law- <br />rences feald being about fourty Rods In South which <br />he hath Inclosed to Improve for one year: for her <br />bay only for which he Promisedth to Pay Six pencefbr <br />an acknowledgment to ye Town that it is theirs his <br />request was Graunted: Likewisehe was notified by <br />ye select men to Lay it open at the years End: <br />Entered by ordr of ye Select men - <br />Likewise at ye same time Phillip Burdoo requested <br />ye select men that he might have Parte of a way <br />which he hath Inclosed betwen John Poullter and <br />himself° to Improve for one yeare: to herbag only: <br />for which he Promiseth to p.aye six pence for an <br />acknowledgment to ye Town: that it is theirs: his <br />request was Graunted <br />Entered by ordr of ye select men. <br />Likewise at ye same time Thomas Eenda ll Requested <br />ye Select men that he might have halfe of that <br />Part of ye high way that Liath between his Land a <br />Jams willsons on ye north side of his Farms.. <br />Excepting Capt Reed had fenced In the whole against <br />his Land T.ikewis for Part of away one ye Souther- <br />ly side of his farme: Except ye Parsons adjayning <br />do defiez halfe of it: for which he Promised to <br />Pay two shillings to ye Town for ye Improvement <br />of it one year for herbage only for an acknowleg- <br />ment ytit is ye Town: his request was Graunted: <br />Entered by ordr of ye Selectmen <br />Likewise at ye same time ye widdow Lidia Teed <br />requested ye select men that she might have part <br />of a waywhich she had Inclosed to Improve for <br />one yeare: for herbage only for which she Promised <br />to p aye three pence for an acknolledgement that <br />it is ye Towns: it was Graunted: <br />Entered by ordr of ye select men <br />At a meeting of ye select men of Lexington: March: <br />ye: 15th: 1713/14 <br />it was agreed that Thomas Bloggitt should have <br />reasonabll Compensation for his Gatts and the <br />hanging of them one Each side of John Johnsons <br />orchad when thaye are of no further use to ye Town: <br />it was aliso agreed that Lt: Fransise Bowman have <br />six shillings a Lowed him for surving ye: Town two <br />Days horse and man and two shillings riony Expended <br />At ameeting of ye freholders and other Inhabitants <br />of ye Town of Lexington qualified acording to Law <br />for ye choyce of'own offieers march: ye: 15: 1713: <br />14: <br />then ware Chosen for select men: Matthew Bridge <br />Capt Joseph Estabrooke: Lt: Fransis Bowman: <br />
