At a meeting of the Inhabitants of Lexington order- <br />-ley Convend the: 18 of octoner: 1715 <br />voted that ye Town Rate should be advansed to one <br />hundred pounds and the one half to be paid Into the <br />Town Tresurey by the first day of December next <br />Ensuing and the other half by the first day of <br />Aprill next followin <br />At a meeting of ye select - men of Lexington the <br />14th: of november: 1715 <br />Resolved that ye sum of twelve shillings be allowed <br />a paid out of the Town Treasury to Capt william <br />Reed Ens Joseph Symonds & Joseph Teed in propor- <br />tion for two servis as a Committe be paid out <br />Canon Land Belonging to sd Town and discorsing gun <br />(16) <br />parsons about a high way for Thanes Blogget and <br />that neiber hood <br />Resolved that six shillihgs be allowed and paid <br />out of the Town Treasury to Capt william: Reed william <br />Munroe & George Munroe in proportion for one days) <br />servis as a Committee to state a way from Capt Cooks <br />farm to Caubridge Tyne <br />Resolved that two shillingsbe allowed and paid out <br />of the Town Treasury to Frig Joseph Symonds for one <br />days servis in Rowing the Bounds between the minester- <br />iall Land and Mr Bridges and Mr Muzzys Land <br />At a meeting of the select -men of Lexington December <br />ye: 2nd: 1715 <br />1 Resolved that the Committee for Balding the School <br />hous <br />Receve the seventeen pounds that they sould the old <br />meeting hous for in part of pay toord.s the school <br />hous <br />2 Resolved that the sum of seventeen pounds be allowed <br />x and paid out of the: Town Treasury to Ens Joseph: <br />Symonds Thanes: Blogget & Thanes: Cutler in full for <br />Erecting and Bulding the School hous <br />3 Resolved that twenty nine shillings be allowed and. <br />Paid out of the Town Treasury to john: Russell Jur for <br />the window in a the gabelend of the School hous and <br />for the hath & Lock of said hous <br />At a meeting of ye select men of Lexington ye; 26th: <br />of December: 1715 <br />1 Resolved that ye sum of two Pounds & sixteen shill- <br />ings Be allowed and paid out of ye Town Treasurey to <br />Capt Willa Reed Dean Samul Stone mr Thomas Blogget <br />,for John munroe & Thomas 'aria& Committee for Bald- <br />ing ye new meeting haus in proportion to the time <br />they spente in that servis <br />2 Resolved that ye sum of two Pounds twelve shillings <br />& six pens Be allowed and paid out of the Town <br />Treasurey to mr John munro mr Samuell: Lock & mr <br />Toseph Broun Assessors: for their servis in making <br />the Rate of the Town this preasant year in PTopor- <br />tion to the time they spent in that servis <br />
