(29) At a meeting of the Select men of Lexington September 26 1720 Schoole Then agreed forth with to provide a Schoole master master to to keep The Schoole as was voted in town meeting be provid-Sept 12 ed Likewise ordred the assessors to add ye fifteen pounds granted to seport The Schoole to the fifty five pounds granted to defray town Charges for this present year and make them into a rate & Diliver them to the Constabels so seasonably that they may be gathered by the time it was agreed upon by the town to be paid allso ordred the assessors to make ye minesters rate & deliver to ye Consta- bels to be gathered at such times as have bin usal & was agreed upon by the town..
