The Board voted torequest that staff from Barnard Landscaping and Parterre work anadditional day to
thin out the area between the Boardwalk and the Hayden field.
The Board voted to raise cash from the following funds tofund, in part the Granite Forest Project.
KintzFund - $4O,OOO.QO
Lee Fund -$2[\OOO.00
Be/cohas agreed to do all of the hardscape for the project and asked to not be involved in the planting
aspect.
Wesley will ask arepresentative ofBe|motomeet atthe site tVanswer any questions and explain how
they will secure the site for safety concerns.
David will look into having a vinyl sign created to alert the public as to what is happening at the site and
funding naming options. He gave asamexample funding one ofthe granite benches.
