Town of Lexington <br /> 20/20 Vision Committee Meeting <br /> September 28,2018 <br /> Parker Room,Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Avenue 7:45 a.m.—9:00 a.m. <br /> Members Present:Joe Pato, Fernando Quezada, Kathleen Lenihan, Dan Krupka, Peter Enrich, Andrew <br /> Dixon, Mark Manasas, Margaret Coppe <br /> Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Peter Lee, Alan Wrigley, Nancy Ronchetti <br /> Visitor(s):Jyotsna Kakullavarapu,Tracy Horn, Paolo Santi <br /> The meeting started at 7:49 a.m. <br /> The minutes for the July 27, 2018 and August 31, 2018 meeting were approved <br /> The meeting was primarily devoted to <br /> ■ Reviewing the report of Enhancing Communication in Lexington. <br /> ■ Receiving updates for 20/20 Vision Committee webpage on the Town website. <br /> ■ Discussing long range planning and long term goals for the committee. <br /> ■ Identifying upcoming topics to add to the committees' scope. <br /> From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items: <br /> Decisions <br /> ■ Inviting the new Town Manager to the November or December meeting. <br /> ■ Set a working group for visioning the 2020 Observance. <br /> ■ Developing a working group to analyze core values for creating a strong sense of community in <br /> Lexington. <br /> Action Items <br /> ■ Fernando will attend the next World Cafe session for the CompPlan on behalf of the 20/20 <br /> Vision Committee. <br /> ■ Mark will reach out to Peter Lee to get him involved in ECiL. <br /> ■ Rajon will submit the 20/20 Vision Committee's section for Annual Town Report. <br /> ■ Rajon will submit the budget request for the Futures Forum for the FY2020 Budget process. <br /> Next Meeting Date <br /> ■ Friday, October 26, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> Subsequent Meetings <br /> ■ Friday, November 30, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> ■ Friday, December 28, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> Meeting ended at 8:57 a.m. <br />
