Ms. Rust also clarified that upon completion of the transaction, unit deeds for the five <br /> rental units would be conveyed to the Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) and when <br /> renting those units, preference would be given to Lexington residents to the extent the <br /> law permitted. <br /> At the conclusion of the discussion, it was determined that the information regarding <br /> the acquisition of the five rental units and 11 deed restrictions no longer needed to <br /> remain confidential. The Board of Selectmen voted to adjourn from its executive <br /> session and the CPC returned to the Parker Room to continue its discussion. <br /> After a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted in a roll call vote (6-0) to exit <br /> executive session and continue discussion of the Judges Road/ Pine Grove project in <br /> open session since discussion in open meeting would no longer have a detrimental <br /> effect on the negotiating position of the Town. <br /> The following documents were utilized at the meeting: <br /> 1) RHSO Memo- Pine Grove Village, Lexington, March 9, 2017, revised March 10, 2017 <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Elizabeth Mancini <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> 2 <br />
