Ms. Rust also clarified that upon completion of the transaction, unit deeds for the five <br /> rental units would be conveyed to the Lexington Housing Authority (LHA) and when <br /> renting those units, preference would be given to Lexington residents to the extent the <br /> law permitted. <br /> At the conclusion of the discussion, it was determined that the information regarding <br /> the acquisition of the five rental units and 11 deed restrictions no longer needed to <br /> remain confidential.
