Town of Lexington <br /> 20/20 Vision Committee Meeting <br /> July 27,2018 <br /> Parker Room,Town Office Building <br /> 1625 Massachusetts Avenue 7:45 a.m.—9:00 a.m. <br /> Members Present:Joe Pato, Margaret Coppe, Fernando Quezada, Kathleen Lenihan, Mark Manasas, <br /> Alan Wrigley, Peter Enrich <br /> Members Absent: Bhumip Khasnabish, Carroll Ann Bottino, Peter Lee, Ginna Johnson, Dan Krupka, <br /> Andrew Dixon <br /> Visitor(s): Carl Valente <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:50 a.m. <br /> The minutes for May 25, 2018 and June 29, 2018 were approved. <br /> The meeting was primarily devoted to <br /> ■ Having a discussion with Carl Valente on his contributions and support of the 20/20 Vision <br /> Committee before his retirement from the Town of Lexington. <br /> ■ Discussion on potential participation on a survey with Lexington Local First. <br /> ■ Receiving updates on the Communications Subcommittee. <br /> From discussions,we formulated the following decisions and action items: <br /> Decisions <br /> ■ Invite the new School Superintendent to a 20/20 Vision Committee meeting. <br /> ■ Develop a list of themes for the Committee to review for the January 20/20 Observance. <br /> Action Items <br /> ■ Peter will reach out to Marian for consultation for the Lexington Local First survey. <br /> Next Meeting Date <br /> ■ Friday,August 31, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> Subsequent Meetings <br /> ■ Friday, September 28, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> ■ Friday, October 26, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> ■ Friday, November 30, 7:45 a.m. in the Parker Room <br /> Meeting was adjourned at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Minutes submitted by Rajon Hudson <br />
