Worthen,this was the home of Harrison Pierce(1813-1894),his wife Harriet and son Harry. Census <br /> records in 1860 list Harrison as a farmer but later became a town laborer. Harry worked for various local milkmen. The <br /> house is labeled as being owned by the H.Pierce Estate on the 1906 map. <br /> [Note: the 1853 map has a house belonging to H.Pierce shown on the opposite side of the road.
